Let's face it. I am tired. I am worn out. I really want to retire. But it is not reality for me. I am trapped, and I'm 62. My son died in a plane crash in 1999. I was faced with $40,000 to pay for my wife's breast cancer. The recent market crash wiped out our retirement funds, IRA and Keough Plans. While I have been doing pretty well with real estate investments, the recent collapse has left me with 39 apartment units that are half empty in spite of best efforts to keep them filled. Now I am faced with a negative cash flow situation that is taking every nickel that I am making elsewhere just to keep them afloat. My two daughters and the son-in-law are unemployed. So I am still the breadwinner for this large family. My wife was a full time housewife and helpmate, but she died in April. I am a mental mess, but by the grace of God, I am still physically healthy. I have been looking for alternative sources of income on the web since 1997. I have distilled what I have learned by time and treasure into a 27 page book I call: "Secrets of Internet Marketing" To get a copy, go to www.prestograph.com. Buy it for under $30. Or send me your sob story why you can't afford it, and I'll email you a copy.
I have a long history of taking calculated risks and adventuring. The real estate is a classic example. In Scouts, my Post went to Philmont. During my college years, a made my first solo trip across the country, driving a truck. In 1979 I started my own consulting business. I have owned and operated a citrus ranch. I have traveled to Japan solo to meet the rest of the family (who were in my wife's good hands). I have traveled to England and Africa to advance my safety and gem careers.
It is time for another great adventure! Are you ready for it?
